What is your first thought when you hear "group travel"? Are you thinking older folks hopping on a bus tour? Or college kids flying south for spring break? Sure, those are groups but they are not the only definition of group travel. As long as you have the same itinerary, the airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour companies consider you a group. Groups could mean a destination wedding or family reunion, you and your couple friends taking an island getaway, a bachelor or bachelorette party in Las Vegas, or attending a sporting event. So, if you are planning a trip with others, take a head count and see if you have enough people to qualify for a group discount. Remember the more people the better the deals.
